My Pumpkin Cake Pops :
Preheat your oven to 350.
– Combine 1 can of of pumpkin with 1 box of spice cake mix. Bake in a cake pan until it is golden brown and bounces back to your touch (about 25-30 mins).
– Let the cake cool and then crumble it with your hands in a large bowl or in a food processor.
– Add 1 container of cream cheese frosting and form cake balls to the size of your choice. Let these cool.
– Melt white chocolate chips and cover cake balls (you can sprinkle some cinnamon or sprinkles for decor) Place on cake pop stick or serve on their own as truffles .
Let them cool and enjoy!
