Thanksgiving Inspiration Week continues..

I promised some delicious, simple and festive desserts so here they are!

My Pumpkin Cake Pops :

Preheat your oven to 350.

– Combine 1 can of of pumpkin with 1 box of spice cake mix. Bake in a cake pan until it is golden brown and bounces back to your touch (about 25-30 mins).

– Let the cake cool and then crumble it with your hands in a large bowl or in a food processor.

– Add 1 container of cream cheese frosting and form cake balls to the size of your choice. Let these cool.

– Melt white chocolate chips and cover cake balls (you can sprinkle some cinnamon or sprinkles for decor) Place on cake pop stick or serve on their own as truffles .

Let them cool and enjoy!
